The dazzling Private Bin Shiraz is a blend of 5% Grenache grapes with 95% Syrah grapes. The resulting wine features a dark red colour with magenta hues throughout. The luxurious bouquet exhibits fresh aromas of red plums, smoked bacon and white pepper, coupled with floral hints of wild herbs and violets. The palate is lush and intense, filled with flavours of plum and herbal characters. Fine and smooth tannins fuse with these vibrant flavours to end the wine in a delicate, lively and lingering finish. This wonderful Shiraz tastes excellent with spicy dishes, herb crusted red meats, venison, and a range of cheeses.
