Monacellars are a medium-sized liquor wholesaling and retailing business based in Gippsland. We are proudly 100% locally owned and operated, employing over 70 Gippslanders across our operations.
We have a large warehouse and distribution centre in Morwell and a large fleet of trucks who service more than 700 liquor and coffee customers across Gippsland and greater Victoria. We also have 3 liquor stores across Gippsland.

Liquor Retail Staff - Gippsland
About You
- You have had experience working in the Retail or Hospitality Sector
- You have a current RSA Certificate
- Reliable
- You have a great work ethic
- Available to work weekends and nights
- You are a strong communicator and bring good customer service skills
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is well presented
- Put away stock
We have multiple shifts available across our sites with a range of hours and days
- Casual: 10+ hours

Truck Driver - HR/HC Gippsland
About you
- You bring at least 2 years’ experience work full time as a driver.
- You have multi drop experience essential
- You are fit, reliable and compliant with NVHR legislation
- You bring previous knowledge on use of electric pallet jack
- You are customer service focused
- You have a good knowledge of Gippsland
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Load and unload trucks
- Deliver customer orders in a timely manner off your allocated run sheet
- Ensure site safety is adhered to and always followed.
- Ensure all equipment functionality concerns are reported to your manager in a timely manner.
- Assist with the stock control and pallet control of the yard
- Assist customers on a regular basis to ensure you maintain our high level of customer service
- Maintain a clean vehicle, and clean inside cab after each shift

Warehouse Pickers - Morwell
About you
- You have a great work ethic and enjoy being apart of a team
- You have had experience working as a picker/replenisher in a big box retail outlet, warehouse, or logistics business.
- You have a good knowledge of Gippsland
- You are a strong communicator and bring good customer service skills
- Experience with an electric pallet jack and forklift would be an advantage
- You are organised
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Replenish bincodes with incoming stock
- Assist with stocktake preperation
- Ensure site safety is adhered to and always followed
We have multiple roles across day & afternoon shifts
- Full time: 38-45 hours per week for full time
- Casual: 15+ hours
