In 1882, Alfred Arthur Billson took over the running of Billson's Brewery in Beechworth at age 23. Inspired by his love of gin, he successfully expanded Billson's as a spirit merchant. To honour his legacy, Billson's have handcrafted this stunning small batch pot distilled gin with 13 unique botanicals & entire butterfly pea flowers. These magical flowers provide the vibrant colour that changes from a deep violet to a lovely lilac with the addition of tonic water. Aroma: Upfront lemon sherbet with lifted lime. Palate: Layers upon layers of intense citrus with delicate savoury notes. This refreshing & easy drinking drop is the perfect summer tipple.
