A well balanced Red Ale built from components of an open fermented base beer aged in a barrel for an extended period of time and allowed to naturally acidify blended with a fresh beer prior to packaging. The play on sweet, sour and bitter should create a vibrant experience for the taster, tart cherry and red wine like complexities will give this beer depth and length on palate which will appeal to both beer drinkers and wine / cider drinkers alike. Notes of cherry, red wine grapes, slight oak and vanilla from 6 months in Barrel with a tart finish, leaves the palate craving more. Availability from 26/07/21
