Region: Heathcote, Australia Winemaker: Steve Webber Vineyard: Premium Grenache and Grenache Blanc vineyards on the red Cambrian soils of Northern Heathcote. Season: Cooler growing season than normal producing Grenache with perfume and texture. Tasting Note: Snappy and focused with a hints of wild thyme, rosemary and pomegranate. Seaspray, freshness and texture. Winemaking: Gently pressed and fermented in both vats and wooden casks. Time on yeast lees to give added poise and charm.
